At UPD, we take the health of our patients and staff very seriously. The New York State Department of Health has given dental offices across the state permission to begin reopening. Our staff has been working diligently to ensure that our offices are prepared and safe for you to be in. We will be following CDC and OSHA guidelines as well as ADA recommendations.
We ask you for your continued cooperation and patience. Our office will be following infection control standards that have been designed to keep both our patients and our staff safe.
Upon entering the office, a member of our staff will be taking each patient’s temperature to ensure good health. If your temperature is over 99.99 degrees you will not be able to attend your appointment.
Please limit extra companions, in order to reduce the number of people in the reception area.
Each site has been set up in order to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Prior to your appointment, please review the video and diagram below for the location you will be having your appointment at.
This site is located at 1100 Main Street in Downtown Buffalo. Our staff has been working hard to ensure your safety, and has separated our site into three zones.
Online Check-In is available for each site upon arrival. Please check in when you arrive for your appointment.
Main Street Check-In
